Special Fire Resistant Power and Control Cable
This cable is the power and control cable with special fire resistance property for railway vehicles, mainly used for power distribution system, control system, signal system and other electric devices of 3.6/6kV in the railway.
This cable is featured with big flexibility and small bending radius, which allows random bending in any direction, can move freely and decreases difficulties during the installation. So this cable is best for constructions in indoor and small areas. It is a low smoke and halogen free cable without any secondary hazards to the fire site and good for personnel evacuation, fire control and rescue. Due to good oil resistance, the cable can be widely used in oil polluted environment. At the same time, the cable can keep stable operation in humid circumstance, so it is mainly used for fixed wiring or wiring in bent areas during the operation for railway.
Property of this cable conforms to EU standard: EN 50264.

Product Characteristics
Voltage level U0/U: 300/500 V, 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV；
The wire is tinned copper and its resistance conforms to Class 5 in EN 60228;
The allowed continuous max. operating temperature of conductor:90℃;
Ambient temperature:-25-+70℃;
The minimum bending radius: 6D for fixed installation, 10D for mobile installation. (D refers to outer diameter of cable)
